Fratelli Sette 2010, a Cabernet Sauvignon - Sangiovese blend won Silver at 2nd Decanter Asia Wine Awards (DAWA). Apart from Fratelli, 9 more Bronze medals were shared by Grover Zampa, Sula Vineyards Vallone wines and Four seasons vineyards.
Four more wines from Fratelli, Grover Zampa and Sula vineyards have also been commended at DAWA.

Subhash Arora of Delwine wrote on his website that 16 Indian wines took part in the competition.
More than 2,300 wines have entered this year’s inaugural event, and a total of 2,023 have been awarded a DAWA medal.
Co-chaired by Jeannie Cho Lee MW, the first Asian Master of Wine and a Contributing Editor to Decanter, and Steven Spurrier, Chairman of the Decanter World Wine Awards and Decanter’s Consultant Editor, the Decanter Asia Wine Awards aims to recognise quality wines and provide consumers across Asia with a trusted source of recommendations.
Judging took place in Hong Kong on 16 -19 September, with over 40 top wine experts from across Asia joining the judging panel.
